DRAWING IN PARIS
July 6 - July 17

Classes meet outdoors at locations of historic and cultural significance. Using the city as a starting point, students utilize the landscape of Paris as a way to create and solve visual problems. Students examine the relationships between technical skills, conceptual ideas, and the creative decisions that they make. Museum visits and discussions examine art and design history. This course is recommended for students who are building a portfolio, as well as those interested in developing observational drawing skills.

Students wishing to continue their studies in Paris may take either: Architecture and Interiors: A Drawing Investigation PNPA 0225

Schedule July 6 to July 17

Class Meeting

Monday through Friday, 9am to 4pm, with a one-hour lunch break

Course Level and credit

Rigorous introductory course for two undergraduate credits

Age requirement

19 years of age, or one year of college completed

None

Tuition and fees

$2,908 (housing, meals, supplies and flight are extra)
